Sounds very similar to MyGuestList?

We built YourGuestList because the guest list feature in MyGuestList is being sunset in 2025. Venues across Australia rely on it, so we created a local, modern replacement with familiar workflows - built specifically for clubs and bars. No bloat. No retraining. Just to be clear: we’re not building a CRM. For email and SMS, we recommend migrating to me&u Connect. But when it comes to guest list management - we’re your best bet (probably).

Can this send SMS or email campaigns?

Nope — this is purely a guest list management tool. We’re planning to integrate with me&u’s Connect CRM in the second half of 2025.

How much will this cost?

We’re still finalising pricing, but there’ll be plans to suit everything from small venues to large multi-site operations. No lock-ins, no surprise fees - just fair pricing for what you actually need.
